When you specify a time range with relative time, such as “7 days ago to now”, the actor property output will be calculated relative to NOW, the time you run the query. When you specify an absolute time range, such as “2021-08-01 00:00 UTC to 2021-08-31 24:00 UTC”, your actor property output will always be calculated for over that given time period.
