  1. Choose a dataset from the drop-down list at the top of the window. In this example, we chose the moviesfinancial dataset. The options available to you will reflect your data.

  2. In the left menu bar, click Data. Click the Actor properties tab, then click New Actor Property at the top right of the window.

  3. At the top of the page, enter a unique name for the actor property. We named our property Movies watched, like Stocks sold ever.

  4. Select an actor from the drop-down list. In this example, we selected user. The options available to you reflect your data.

  1. Next to /wiki/spaces/LEXICON/pages/1302495656, we select the method you want to use for your property. We accepted the default value of Show.

  2. Next to Filtered to Filtered to, click All events to access the dropdown options. We selected action. The text automatically updates to events with action that matches.

  3. Next to matchesto matches, click the box to access a dropdown with suggestions. We selected watchselected stock_moviesell.

  4. Click +time options to specify a trailing window and time range (for more information, see Specify time in a query). We specified a trailing window of 1 week, and accepted the default time range values of Beginning beginning of time until Nownow to show stock_sell events per actor over the whole dataset.

  5. At the top right of the page, click Save. Then click GO. We received the following results for our example actor property.click GO to preview your results.
